U.S. House pushes for sale of F-16 fighters to Taiwan
The U.S. House of Representatives urged the Bush administration to approve the sale of F-16C/D fighters to Taiwan.
There is an urgency to the sale as Taiwan's lawmakers will withdraw the money allocated for the purchase on Oct. 31 unless Washington provides price and availability data.
