Taiwan researching graphite bombs
Taiwan's Ministry of National Defense confirmed reports that it is researching into graphite bombs but denied that it is producing them.
United Daily News had earlier reported that the Chungshan Institute of Science and Technology is developing the bomb to be carried by Hsiung Feng 2E cruise missiles.
They will be used to target China's power grid during a war to blackout cities on the mainland coast.
