Taipei in talks to buy 66 F-16s from US Taiwan's Deputy Minister of National Defense Ko Cheng-heng told Japan's Nihon Keizai Shimbun Saturday that Taiwan has started negotiations with Washington on the sale of 66 F-16 fighter jets.
