Pentagon Buys G.222 for Afghanistan
Eighteen former Italian Air Force G222 cargo planes are being purchased by the U.S. Air Force for the Afghan National Air Corps as a U.S. foreign military sale.
The money comes out of the U.S. security assistance funding for Afghanistan.
