USS George Washington's skipper and xo fired
The commanding officer and executive officer of USS George Washington have been relieved of their duties following an investigation into the fire aboard the carrier this year.
The U.S. Navy found that unauthorized smoking ignited flammable liquids and other combustible material that were improperly stored.
