Sunday Starts Week of Honor for Laughlin AFB's Historic U-2 Spy Plane Unit
Former U-2 crews from the 4080th Strategic Reconnaissance Wing are being honored in Del Rio, Texas this week.
U-2s from Laughlin Air Force Base played an important role during the Cuban missile crisis. Four of the 11 pilots that took part in the missions will be attending the reunion.
