Boeing challenge to Air Force tanker deal seen as uphill fight
Boeing's bid to overturn the KC-X decision is seem as an uphill battle by many, including those from the USAF.
One simple statistic reveals the first hurdle Boeing must overcome: in the last few years, only about one quarter of bid protests filed at the GAO were found to have merit, and only one quarter of those were sustained.
