Taiwan's Liberty Times reported that work has started to develop the J-13 and J-14 by the Shenyang Aircraft Corporation and the Chengdu Aircraft Company.
An unnamed RoCAF officer said the J-14 will have significant stealth capabilities and will be modeled after the F-22.
