Bell's new Army copter falls behind schedule Bell Helicopter's ARH-70 armed reconnaissance helicopter is nearly a year behind schedule, said Paul Bogosian, the Army's program executive officer.

Bogosian said it will be the summer of 2009 before the Army receives its first ARH-70.
