Ret. US commander faulted for conflict of interest
Pentagon's chief inspector reported that Retired Adm. Dennis Blair had a conflict of interest when the Institute for Defense Analyses he was heading issued a study on the F-22.

But the inspector general cleared him of any wrongdoing as he did not influenced the study.
