France admits air raids on Darfur neighbours
France yesterday defended recent Mirage F1 raids on towns bordering Sudan's Darfur region by claiming that it helped maintain stability.
French Mirage F1 jets have repeatedly intervened in the past two weeks to help Central African Republic government forces repel rebels.
