Venezuela activates Fighter Air Group 13 with Russian warplanes
The Venezuelan Air Force will reactivate Fighter Air Group 13 at Barcelona Air Base when the first of 24 Su-30s arrived at the end of November or early December this year.
The Air Group flew Canberras during the eighties.
