Turkey inches toward F-35 deal
Ankara and Washington will sign three key documents related to the F-35 before the end of this year.
The first will be for local industry participation in the aircraft's production, the second is to sign a memorandum of understanding to make Turkey a member of the program's production phase.
The final will be a bilateral agreement between the two countries.
