Carriers face new delay over rising cost
The Royal Navy's new aircraft carriers risked facing further delays as the consortium building it and the Ministry of Defence disagrees over rising costs.

While the Ministry of Defence wants to build the ships for about £3.5bn, the Aircraft Carrier Alliance claims that the carriers cannot be built for less than £3.8bn.
