Study outlines airlift capability challenges
A draft report by RAND Corp. is warning that the U.S. Air Force's combat delivery capable C-130 fleet will soon decline below 400.

The current fleet can only supply all the needs of an Army maneuver force less than half the size of the one deployed to Iraq now.
