Fuel leak blamed for Nimrod disaster
A fractured fuel line that set off explosions caused the RAF Nimrod MR2 to break up in flight and crashed in Afghanistan last month.

A fuel line near the bottom of the fuselage fractured and fuel and vapour that leaked into the bottom of the fuselage then caught fire.
