Air Force says Spangdahlem-based pilot fired on Canadian soldiers
The A-10 pilot that fired on Canadian soldiers in last week's fatal "friendly fire" incident in Afghanistan is from the 81st Fighter Squadron based in Germany.
The pilot has been grounded and is assisting with an investigation into the accident.
