Lakenheath runway shut down for two hours An unspecific number of F-15Es were diverted from RAF Lakenheath to RAF Mildenhall on Monday after a Strike Eagle blew a tire.

The incident occurred about 11:40 a.m. and the runway was back in operation after two hours.
