Tata, HAL to make F-16s? Lockheed Martin could outsource manufacturing of components for the F-16 and C-130 Hercules to Indian firms.

Lockheed's Director of Communications Joseph Stout said HAL will build most of the F-16s if selected by the Indian Air Force.
