General: No Air Force planes lost in Iran
Maj. Gen. Allen G. Peck, the deputy commander of U.S. Air Force operations in the Iraq and Afghanistan theaters, denied that American UAVs have been shot down in Iran.
Iran on Sunday claims to have shot down a UAV along its border with Iraq. Military analysts say the UAV could still be from an intelligence agency or flown by a non-coalition military.
