C-5 accident survivor gives account of crash
Paul W. Kath, a retired Navy senior chief petty officer, and his wife gave their accounts on board the C-5B that crash in Dover.
The couple was seated in the rear troop compartment and heading to Germany. They said the engines lacked power shortly after take off.
