Northrop Grumman Selected by U.S. Department of Defense to Design First-Ever Supersonic 'Oblique Flying Wing' Aircraft
DARPA has selected Northrop Grumman's Integrated Systems to build the first supersonic 'Oblique Flying Wing' aircraft. First flight of this "X-plane" is envisioned in 2010 or 2011.
