Burns urges Air Force to keep missiles
U.S. Sen. Conrad Burns Wednesday urged Air Force Secretary Michael Wynne and Gen. Michael Moseley, Air Force chief of staff, in a Defense Appropriations subcommittee meeting to retain 500 land-based nuclear missiles in the U.S. arsenal to deter terrorist attacks.
