Air Force secretary says F-22 too costly without long-term deal
U.S. Air Force Secretary Michael Wynne told Dow Jones Newswires that Congress must approve a multiyear contract plan to buy 60 F-22As.

He said that Pentagon cannot afford to buy those planes unless they are under a multiyear contract.
