US admiral speaks on aircraft deal
General Paul V. Hester, Commander U.S. Pacific Air Forces, said Thailand should look beyond pricing when it buys a new fleet of fighter.
He added that the aircraft's capacity to upgrade and interoperate with fighters from other nations in the region is important.
