Reagan landing before Bush
USS Ronald Reagan will hold a passage exercise with INS Viraat off the coast of Sri Lanka on Feb. 14.
The exercise took less than a week of planning as both carrier battlegroups were scheduled to be in the vicinity of Sri Lanka around the same time.
