C-130 cost issue raised in Senate
U.S. Sen. John McCain vows to block the nomination of Michael Dominguez as undersecretary of defense for personnel and readiness until Senate Armed Services Committee fully investigates the Air Force's handling of the C-130J transport contract.

Michael Dominguez was once serving as acting Air Force secretary and he had assured McCain that the program would be restructured from a commercial to a military contract to allow greater scrutiny.

But McCain said there were no movement in the process.
