Former Navy Pilot Will Run for Neb. Post Shane Osborn, the former U.S. Navy pilot who landed his damaged EP-3E on the Chinese island of Hainan, will seek the Republican nomination for Nebraska state treasurer.

He now works as an aviation insurance broker.
