Pratt & Whitney's Hypersonic Engine to Be Tested at Mach 5 Flight Conditions Pratt & Whitney (P&W) Space Propulsion recently completed fabrication of a hypersonic Ground Demonstration Engine which will be tested at Mach 5 at NASA-Langley Research Center.
