Ex-pilot dedicates ground for F-14 at Grissom U.S. Navy Capt. Scott Altman, veteran of both Tomcat and space shuttle flights, dedicated the resting place of a decommissioned F-14 Tomcat on Saturday during a ceremony at Grissom Air Museum.
