Navy's N.C. airspace bid set back
A U.S. federal judge on Wednesday rejected the U.S. Navy's conclusion that reserving 900 square miles of Eastern North Carolina airspace for pilot training would cause no environmental harm to four wildlife refuges and a national seashore.
