Navy finds tiltrotor Osprey aircraft 'suitable'Ward Carroll, a U.S. Navy spokesman, said the Navy's operational testers had found three remaining MV-22 problems involving radios, troop seat comfort and electronic warfare warning gear. The Pentagon's Defense Acquisition Board is to consider whether the aircraft is ready for full production at a scheduled Sept. 27 meeting.
