Shoulder-fired Missile Debate
U.S. lawmakers, the airline industry, and think tanks are arguing that airliners in the United States can be better protected from shoulder-fired missiles by other measures such as securing the perimeter of airports, teaching pilots to evade a missile attack, and cracking down on black market sales of the missiles.
