Hoeven lobbies for tanker, transport planes
North Dakota's Gov. Hoeven will meet with top Pentagon officials to push for retaining some tanker planes at Grand Forks Air Force Base and replacing the Fargo Air National Guard's fighter planes, when they're retired, with cargo planes.
