Plans to Boost Military Strength Detailed
The South Korean Defense Ministry plans to get hold of airborne warning and control systems and acquire or develop high or mid-altitude unmanned aerial vehicles by 2010. The next-generation surface-to-air missile project (SAM-X) will start next year.
