Italian Jet Fighters Intercept Suspicious Plane Hours After Pope's Funeral
Two Italian F-16 fighter jets intercepted a suspicious plane heading to Rome's Ciampino airport Friday, hours after the funeral of Pope John Paul II, and escorted it to a local airport, Italian news agencies said.
