Ex-SAF scholar jailed for trying to bribe DSTA official
Eng Heng Chiaw, who tried to bribe a senior executive from the Defence Science & Technology Agency in exchange for information on tender bids for a multi-million dollar Singapore Naval Helicopter project, has been sentenced to eight weeks' jail.
