Air Force report blames Army for cargo plane crash in Iraq
A U.S. Air Force investigation largely blames the U.S. Army for failing to notify pilots of runway construction that caused the crash of a MC-130H Combat Talon II in northern Iraq during a night landing Dec. 29 last year.
