Army budget shift may benefit Boeing
The U.S. Army is seeking $3.9 billion to buy new and refurbished helicopters from United Technologies Corp.'s Sikorsky unit and Boeing Co. in 2006 and 2007, shifting funds that had been intended for the now-canceled Comanche program, according to the Army budget office.
