Pentagon Seeks Check on RAND Air Tanker(Registration Required)
The Pentagon, is seeking a second opinion on a RAND Corp. report on ways to replace the U.S. Air Force's aging KC-135 mid-air refueling tankers, Michael Wynne, acting under secretary of defense for acquisition said Wednesday.
