USS Theodore Roosevelt (TR) (CVN 71) conducted a "fast cruise" Dec. 6-10 that marked the end of the ship's Docked Planned Incremental Availability (DPIA) at Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) in Portsmouth, Va.
