Air Force plays Santa for outer islands
The U.S. Air Force completed a four-day Christmas Drop mission to about 59 islands in the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands and the Federated States of Micronesia. The mission dropped some 28,000 pounds of toys, sporting goods, canned goods, rice, fishing equipment and other basic necessities including toiletries and clothes.
