Military spending could slow, Boeing's defense chief warns
Jim Albaugh, chief executive of Boeing's Integrated Defense Systems cautioned Wednesday that military spending could slow as the ballooning federal deficit and the war in Iraq compete with billions of dollars of funding to develop a futuristic network to link all weapons systems.
