Boeing loses Australian tanker deal to EADS
Australia revealed that it had selected Airbus parent EADS to produce a next generation of air-to-air refuelling tankers for its defence forces. The loss for Boeing is its second in a row, having been beaten out by an EADS-led consortium to build refullers for the UK's Royal Air Force just three months ago. Below is the press release
