Canadian Air Force chief responds to F-35 critics
Lt. Gen. Andre Deschamps, chief of the Canadian Air Force, has responded to critics of Ottawa’s $9 billion purchase of 65 F-35 stealth fighters.
Deschamps said the stealth capability is needed at home in order for the air force to carry out sneak attacks on adversaries intruding into Canadian airspace.
