Fuji Heavy Industries Ltd. nears decision on legal action over AH-64D license fees
Fuji Heavy Industries Ltd. will soon decide whether to sue the Japanese Defense Ministry over license fees it paid to Boeing for the AH-64D helicopter.
Fuji Heavy had given Boeing 40 billion yen for the license to build 62 Apaches for the JGSDF. However, the production was stopped after 10 aircraft were delivered.
