Pentagon to outline new tanker strategy 'very soon'
Pentagon spokesman Bryan Whitman said Thursday that U.S. Defense Secretary Robert Gates may "very soon" announce his new strategy for the KC-X tanker.
Gates has been "doing some consulting" with experts "and giving his own analysis" of the Pentagon's options, Whitman said.
