Air Force rebid may favor rival of Boeing
While Boeing's supporters are happy at the Pentagon's decision to rebid the KC-X, some of them are not optimistic that Boeing will definetly win in the next round.
U.S. Rep. Norm Dicks said his impression after meeting Pentagon acquisition chief John Young is that the Pentagon is going to officially change the rules in favor of the KC-30 before it reruns the competition.
