Wynne Mulls Revised Tanker RFP With Flyoff
In his last official meeting with reporters, former U.S. Air Force Secretary Michael Wynne suggests that a flyoff be held for the KC-X contract.
A flyoff would allow the Pentagon to conduct more rigorous assessments of both tanker designs.
