Pentagon chief: No decision yet on new tanker bids
U.S. Defense Secretary Robert Gates said he has not make a decision on restarting the KC-X contract.
"I haven't made any decisions yet, but I would say that I take the GAO report very seriously," Gates told reporters. "They clearly pointed out some areas where we were deficient."
AFP reported that Gates meet his acquisition officials on Wednesday to discuss the GAO decision for the first time.
